Neovia Wins Daimler California Warehouse Services Contract

Daimler has commissioned a wide range of Neovia operations services using MBUSA’s 40,000 square meter facility in Fontana, California.

On a yearly basis, 500,000 inbound lines and 2.8 million outbound lines will be processed. Neovia will be providing a team of 80 staff and management to run the facility.

Services outlined in the six-year contract include receiving, binning, repacking/packaging, picking, location management, cycle count, shipping, housekeeping, collection item processing, staff supervision, core returns processing, inventory parts scrapping/separation for disposal, dealer return processing and hazardous goods handling.

California is the latest addition to the Neovia premises worldwide which provide operations services for Daimler. The other locations are in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Egypt, Poland, South Africa and Canada (Vancouver and Toronto). Neovia provides real estate services for Daimler in Mexico and the US (Alabama and Jacksonville).
