Chief Executive Officer

Mike Fahy

Mike was named Neovia CEO in October 2023. He leads the organization with a focus on profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. He joined Neovia from DB Schenker where he served as CEO of the Americas region and, before that, as Executive Vice President, Contract Logistics, Americas region. Mike brings to Neovia deep operational and engineering experience, as well as extensive relationships throughout the logistics industry.

Chief Operations Officer

Dave Moore

Dave joined Neovia as Chief Operations Officer in May 2023. Before Neovia, Dave was COO at Americold and for AGRO Merchants Group, and held senior leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain, Ryder Logistics, and Daimler Chrysler.

Chief Financial Officer

Fernando Martinez

Fernando joined Neovia as CFO in September 2023 from DB Schenker where he was head of Contract Logistics Finance and Real Estate for the Americas. Prior to that, Fernando held various financial leadership positions at supply chain, logistics, retail, and wholesale organizations.

Chief HR Officer

Michael Foss

Michael joined Neovia in April 2016 as Vice President of Talent Management before being named CHRO in 2019. Prior to Neovia, Michael was with Deloitte Consulting where he developed strategies to increase scale and effectiveness of organizations across industry sectors.

Senior Vice President, EAME & APAC

Miguel A. Mazarías

Miguel is the longest-tenured Neovia leader, starting his career in 1999 in our Guadalajara, Spain, facility, with Caterpillar Logistics. Having held multiple leadership positions with Neovia, Miguel is now Senior Vice President, overseeing our Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Nancy Sarmiento

Nancy joined Neovia in February 2016 as Associate General Counsel – Corporate, Commercial. Prior to Neovia, Nancy spent 13 years with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. She was named SVP, General Counsel in January of 2024.

Senior Vice President, Technology

Chad Reuschel

A long-time industry veteran, Chad started with Neovia in 2020 as Vice President, Global IT Infrastructure and Security. Prior to Neovia, Chad held leadership positions with Magna Donnelly, syncreon, Americold, and AGRO Merchants Group. He was named Senior Vice President, Technology in September 2023.

Past, Present, and Future
Neovia was founded in 1987 as Caterpillar Logistics Services to support Caterpillar International and its partner companies in construction, mining, automotive, energy, and other industries.
In 2012, we became a standalone company, taking on the Neovia name to signify a new path, while remaining true to our heritage and experience.
Today, Neovia is one of the world’s leading third-party contract logistics companies, serving some of the best- known companies in the automotive, aerospace, industrial, technology, and consumer goods sectors.

1987

Founded as Caterpillar Logistics Services to provide logistics support to Caterpillar International and its partner companies

2013

Acquires contract logistics division of MIQ Holdings, expanding North America footprint

2020

Acquires Austria-based Temmel Logistik Center, expanding European footprint and enhancing in-bound logistics presence

Acquired by investor group led by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, Ares Management, and Vector Capital
